_ They eat the oils we secrete, hook up with each other near the skin, and occasionally crawl about on the skin at night.

_ Both directly and indirectly, Demodex can cause various skin and hair problems. They release inflammatory secretions and weaken the hair roots by fitting up themselves into the follicles.
